L3 COMMUNICATIONS ADVANCED AVIATION LLC are spooks. As Will stated, probably a training flight in preparation to doing something spooky overseas.
Advanced high altitude enhanced auditory sequential listening mission, but we never had this conversation. 
L3 develops and manufacturers a wide range of aircraft systems for command, communications, intelligence gathering, and survelience applications. The Air Force (and other folks) are currently deploying a large number of Kingair 350s in this role. It’s not exactly “spooky”, but it’s interesting.
