Edit: Notice the “/C”. That’s Loran, VOR/DME or INS with TRANSPONDER & NO Mode C. What!!! No mode C!

I assume it’s a 747-400, and someone entered it wrong. Looking at the history, it’s usually a 744 until today.

Looks like they also forgot to finish “Q” from C!

If there were any doubt, notice that next to the Aircraft type (noted as “B774”), there’s no unabbreviated version denoted along with the # of engines. This was definitely a boo-boo.
