Black Screen Issue on FlightAware Website

HI Everyone,

Black screen problems are preventing me from using the FlightAware website effectively. Every time I try to load the live flight tracking page, the screen goes completely black, and none of the features or data load.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far,Cleared my browser cache and cookies… Tested on different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Edge).Restarted my computer and checked my internet connection.Iam using Windows 11 with Chrome (Version 117.0) as my primary browser.

Has anyone else experienced this BLAck SCReen issue? Could it be a compatibility problem, or is there a setting I’m missing? Any advice or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, at least not for me.

Independent from my connection or which OS/Browser i am using, the screen shows always the expected behaviour.

Do you have another device by chance which you can use for testing?
If not, you could use a Linux Live Image on a USB stick, boot from there and access the page for testing.
