Ardent Aquisition Corp announced Oct 3rd that it has entered an agreement to aquire Avantair Inc. Looks like not much will change, though Ardent plans on making Avantair public with NASDAQ.
We will all know more after NBAA. Big booth and big announcement this week. Avantair is having problems anyway, $, FAA, broken planes, overlooked inspections (hint - hint)… This will be good for them to be aquired, but managment will screw it all up in the long run.
