Hello. I am looking to auto start flightaware with the map being in full screen mode.
Above is whats happening right now when my pi is finished booting.
Below is what I want to happen once the pi is finished booting.
This might be a chrome / webdev issue…hopefully possible though!

I am not sure this qualifies as autostart for you, but you can customize the map display with URL query strings. Bookmark the link created and every time you open the link the map will be full size. You want to hide the sidebar for this to occur.

I don’t use port 8080 myself, but I forced that on my system and the URL query string worked fine for me. I think you have an intial problem with the “Skyaware version unknown” message in the top right of the sidebar - that is not right and needs to be resolved first. If you do a search on the forum with that message you will get several threads which may help you fix that. Map centered on Italy/Switzerland is also indicative not all is right with your setup.
