I’m assuming your referring to A380 flights that originate and terminate within the same country. Probably not, they make the most sense on long routes. Also an A380 frequently requires changes to runways, taxi ways and ramps, not something every airport is willing to take on.
Once an airline gets a new aircraft they quite often use them, regardless of their range, on short to medium flights for a short period of time to “break-in” the aircraft (ground ops, cabin crew ops, etc.). Off the top of my head I can’t think of any airline that has taken delivery of an A380 AND has more than one A380 capable airport.
