What’s happening in CYTR to warrant an IL-76 and AN-124 on the same day?
Somebody (or -bodies) wanted to use them.
Volga does a LOT of flying into and out of the US. I have had the pleasure of handling their flights a number of times at IAD. There was a Mercedes Benz assembly plant being built in southern VA, and these guys brought machines for the plant on 2 trips with the AN-124. The best part of working with these peope they always paid their bill in cash $$$ so it made it a no brainer that you’d been paid for service 
I could go on about other fun turns with these guys…but I have to drink more coffee 8)
