ALERTS taking too long to arrive

Why are the alerts taking over 30 mins to arrive?

I’ve noticed this for around 1 week now.

Example just now - N567CL departed BDA at 1859 but the alert didn’t arrive until 1930 which has caused me to miss the flight altogether.

Can someone fix the issue please.

In fact all alerts are taking 30 mins. DAL657 dept at 1856, email arrived 1927.

Same for all other alerts. :angry:

What’s the point in having the alert system if it doesn’t tell you about it until half way through its flight? :unamused:
