I have alerts configured for some travelers I’m managing: flight plan filed, diverted, cancelled, departure, and arrival. I’m really hoping to get alerted when a flight’s arrival is going to be delayed by greater than 15 minutes (for example, so I can monitor misconnections or adjusting ground transportation pickup times). What is the best way to accomplish this?
I thought it would be using the departure and arrival events, but I haven’t been receiving alerts for any delays in the departure or arrival events, only “flight departed” and “flight arrived”.

Just adding for visibility here- I created a webhook log to observe, then added the “change” event to my doPost function for email notifications, and I expect that I’ll see those arrive now.
Still, if anyone has additional tips or information on monitoring for delays with the alerts endpoint, please feel free to educate me! Thanks.
