Airport Operations/Hour Chart

In observing the chart showing operations at our local airport (KTHA), it appears that departures are depicted in the blue “Total” bars, but arrivals seem to be ignored. I seem to recall that, when I first started using this software, both activities were represented. What is the current policy on defining “operations/hour”?

I think it would probably be the arrivials that occur between for example 1pm and 2pm. I don’t see why it would be any different from this but then agian you never know if you aren’t FlightAware staff.

There’s a bug where it misses some arrivals. Not sure why.
