Has there been a change to the way the site logs/tracks this category? I went from a daily average of 200-300 down to around 50 on both Pi receivers I share. Other receivers nearby reflect similar drop.

No change; however, the mlat servers got some more capacity around that time which fixed some overload problems, so some aircraft will have moved from “other” to “mlat”.
Ok thank you. I didn’t notice MLATs were a little bit higher in the same time period.
Secondary question, are TIS-B plots counted in stats? I leave near SFO and get a lot of TIS-B ground traffic.
