Investigators have talked to about 200 passengers who travelled on the Aeroflot flight from Moscow, some of whom described the man, believed to be in his 40’s and heavily drunk.

“[Passengers say] it was not just some alcohol, it was copious amounts of alcohol, that the passenger who died was rowdy and drunk, and passengers seated in seats next to him were trying to keep him in his seat
and from bothering other passengers,” as reported by CBC News.

Police will oly say that some alcohol was involved, but are treating the death as suspicious. Passengers interviewed by the newspaper said that several people on the plane were drinking alcohol from the bottle.
