Which of the categories of messages listed in this page https://flightaware.com/commercial/firehose/documentation/messages are considered part of the ADS-B? Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.

Firehose provides event messages that can be derived from ADS-B, Radar, satellite datalink, schedules, or other data sources. Most of the messages can potentially be triggered by ADS-B data (in particular: arrival, departure, avionics_on, position, ground_position), but it would be inaccurate to say that any single message can only be ADS-B derived.
Depending on what you’re trying to do, you can choose to look at when the “updateType” field is set to “A” to see when the originating source was ADS-B. That field is present in a few of the firehose messages (particularly position messages). However, if you choose to ignore all messages that come from other sources, then you may be missing out on a lot of valuable details.
