The flight was delayed 2 hours. After boarding everybody in plane, the air condition broke and not working for 2 hours on a strong summer heat outside. They won’t let anybody go out, we nearly collapsed because of the heat inside. The airline didn’t even offer us anything to compensate us on that trouble. We even missed our connecting flight because of that delay. Is that valid what how they handle it?
You would need to contact the airline for compensation for delays, missed connections, reimbursements, etc. Sorry for the trouble on the flight.
