I am having the same issue with my phone. I have 2 Factor setup but I cannot enter my code. It keeps emailing me codes which are not accepted.
Is there a link to re-setup MFA (I did search but could not find it)?
I recently changed my phone and the MFA settings for FA didn’t carry over.

https://login.flightaware.com/mfa/manage is the page you land on after updating MFA. This page also allows you to delete your 2FA method entirely.
