Why would this plane dump fuel immediately after takeoff?

Might be a psi. relief or an over flow. I don’t think any a/c dumps from just one side. I know my Lear could dump from just one, but there was no reason for it. MAYBE a fuel imbalance, but that’s fixed with x-flow.

Looks like the fuel overflow vent, rather than a pilot-controlled fuel dump
