Where to get FlightXML2 API key?

Hi,

Could someone please indicate where I can get an API key for the FlightXML2 API?

On the page for FlightAware API keys it only has a single button: “Add new FlightXML 3 Key”

There should be a text link at the bottom of the https://flightaware.com/commercial/flightxml/key page, though it won’t look like a blue button.
