I just decided that I need a Sysmocom cavity filter.

It costs about the same as a visit to one of the burger-joints with the family. Now I at least get a piece of aluminum with a funky design

Now, on topic… I don’t know how to run the scans with linux and airpsy. To do the scan in windows, it’s more cumbersome - I would have to install the software on a laptop and go where the antenna end is… LE - I did carry the laptop in the garage, standing on the table bench, with laptop in my hand, I have produced this: Without the FA wide band filter: [image] [image] With the FA filter: [image] [image]

This is OT here though, here is more appropriate (link to my scans in “Do I need a filter” thread):

It does look pretty good, but it may (or not) improve with another filter. Several high-powered 4G towers within 3km, 3 radio- and TV-masts (high energy transmitters) within 50km and a bunch of military antennas (radars and other) within 0-100km.

I’ll post in the other thread when I’ve tested the new filter.
