Does the weather radar on the route map synch up w/ the dept time, the mid-point time, or the arrival time?

The nearest weather radar image to the current time.
The image will automatically refresh with the most current radar display.
During a “live” flight, the radar overlay is “current.” For flights retrieved from “history” (which I believe was Marc’s question) the radar overlays appear to correspond to the arrival time. Perhaps someone on the FA staff will chime in if this is not correct.
For flights in the air it’s the current nexrad, for flights in the past it’s the nexrad from about the middle of the flight.
Yes, i was curious about a post-dated flt, I flew into town on SAT and was wondering where all the mod-chop was coming from
