USB Extender over RJ45

Just curious, has anyone tried a USB UTP Extender Adapter,RJ45 Cat Cable Extension Cable USB 2.0 Extender Over RJ45 as found on Amazon to minimize the length of cable? Seems it would be easier to mount just the stick under the antenna in a small box than doing POE for the PI Etc…

Also, I haven’t done a ton of research on these, i don’t know if they would provide sufficient power etc.
