Urgent: API Key Issue and Unable to Provision New App

We are experiencing an issue with our FlightAware API key, which appears to be down. Additionally, we are unable to provision a new app through the platform.

Could you please assist us in resolving these issues as soon as possible? We rely heavily on the API for our operations, and this disruption is impacting our workflow.

You should receive an email from Andrew Taylor in the next few minutes regarding the account, but you should be set to continue the AeroAPI usage.

We still get the same error on the AeroAPI for the existing key ending with *DJJ:
{“title”: “Invalid API key”, “reason”: “INVALID_API_KEY”, “detail”: “Provided API key is not valid”, “status”: 401}

Also not able to add new key as well.

Appreciate if you could resolve these issues at the earliest.

Your AeroAPI account is still in a disabled state, there should be an email from FlightAware staff with additional context and steps for resolution.
