UAT 978 insights?

Here is the graph of my UAT978 performance over 48 hours:

I am trying to understand why no matter how distant the signal, the reciever (orange) only has a lower Signal level threshold of -25.

Does this data seem about right for an orange SDR with a dual freq FA filter and roof mounted 978 FA antenna? For comparison, on 1090MHz the other SDR recieves down to -38 dBFS consistently.
I’m new to this, but the noise floor seems much higher than my 1090 reciever, which seems to chart noise around -42 at night and -30 during the day. Is there a cost effective solution?
