I fly an experimental Rans S-19 aircraft equipped with a Garmin GTL 82 ADSB device. I set it up so it sends me a text message when I’m first tracked in here. That usually happens before I reach 2000 feet and my cell phone receives the message. My last two flights on May 9, and today, May 12, have not shown up on FlightAware. However, my query to FAA performance check website shows no anomalies. The only way I can explain it is that if there is a local receiver, tracking the flights, and it may be down. Any thoughts?
