This can’t be real, right?

5 hours at 12,000 in a 747?

I’m thinking it’s like the flight track of Montgomery Burns plane in the Simpsons.

You did note the flight path it took, yes?

May have something to do with the local mania over a funny looking ball, sort of oblong and fat, with two blunt pointy ends.

#4

An oblate spheroid?

Yeah the crew timed out. They went on duty in ATL at 600am and with the flight to EWR, the three hour loading and then another two hour delay in deicing, the crew would run out of hours enroute to SEA, so they decided to swap crews in MSP. The original plan would have worked if not for weather delay at EWR.
