At 15ft, RG58 and RG59 may do in a pinch, but really, RG6 is cheaper and better.

I would think the one mentioning battery, the battery is included, but check other vendors to see if they are more forthcoming with the information. As for the free shipping over $10, this is common. Sometimes an item is $9.99, but I do not need 2, so I look for another vendor that lists the same item for $10.01. Stick with the “Choice” vendors, they are usually better than the others.
