Red across the web site

My new ( replacement ) shows green on the feeder but on line dashboard shows red across the 3 banners , flightfeeder says that information is transmitting , but nothing on my page. any help would be appreciated.

If the images on the feeder status page (1090 radio/PiAware/FlightAware/MLAT) appear green, but your profile on the FlightAware website shows something different, this could be a connection issue. Alternatively, you might need to enter the “Unique Identifier” from the old PiAware unit into the new feeder, or claim a new ID for your station.

Thank you I will give it a try.

Re-connected all the wires and still no data, I dont know how to change the ID on it , I will contact Flight aware tomorrow and see if they can help.

OK, if your feeder is an official FlightFeeder (shipped by FlightAware), contact support and they will resolve the issue.

If you set up a PiAware system (purchasing a Raspberry Pi, SDR, antenna and cable, and an SD card), flashed an image downloaded from the FlightAware directory (PiAware 10.2) onto the card, and got the system running, the way to troubleshoot the issue is different.

In this case, you need to locate the unique identifier associated with your old station (as shown in the image) and enter it into your PiAware settings.

Access your feeder via an SSH terminal (using PuTTY or another method) and enter the command into the system (replacing the x’s with the exact code you copied from the website):

sudo piaware-config feeder-id xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

then run this other command:

sudo systemctl restart piaware

Wait a few minutes and check the system status.

I have the one shipped from Flightaware, and I will contact them tomorrow . Thank you
