The Qatar A340 arrived around 4:00pm today and was wondering why it’s here and when it’s leaving. Any info would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Edit 7:15: just found out the tail number is A7-HHK.
That’s a Qatari royal flight but I’m not sure what they’re doing in Phoenix…
EDIT: The same aircraft was in PHX in 2009 and speculation was that it was a visit to the mayo clinic…
They are in PHX for the Arabian Hourse Show in SDL…
Any idea when it leaves?
I saw this plane leaving PHX today around 1:30pm. Didn’t know what it was at first til I saw the tail. Such a huge plane compared to what I normally see flying overhead! Very cool!! 
I remember seeing a Qatar plane parked in PHX around Sept 2011 as well…
