Photos 'stuck' again

Uploaded a photo (N407QX) yesterday and it hasn’t appeared and it won’t let me load it again.

That’s the one. It was uploaded with no tags somehow, but I’ve added them.

I tried uploading 3 of 269jr, they got stuck as well.
