No Flight Plan Data for Europe

How come these flights accross Europe do not provide any flight plan data?
Are there going to be provided in the future or is it limited only to the US database?

The flightplan data in Europe is not redistributable to the public, only to operators.

Is there any location where we could get Europe and Asia flight plans? Is there any web site where we could find them?
