Newbie question re reliability of airlines

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the reliability or otherwise of the following airlines (for travelling from Hania Crete to Portugal), i.e. the likelihood or otherwise of delays or cancelations (OR, how do I search this on FlightAware)?:

Luftthansa group (i.e. Lufthansa, ITA, Swiss Air, Brussels Airlines and Austrian Airlines

Air France/KLM

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS)

Sky Express

Norwegian Airlines

Agean

Turkish Airlines

TAP Air Portugal

Ryanair

Finnair

LOT

Malta Air

I realise there are the reviews online (including with people saying what was good or bad about a flight) but they tend to be based on people having flown on a given airline once and never again (if they have big complaints about the reliability). I’m not concerned about any other factors other than the reliability. Some people giving reviews online have complained about the reliability of Air France/KLM but for all I know ALL airlines might get at least as many complaints on that score - I gave up looking up reviews after that. A family member has said don’t travel on Ryanair, I don’t know what they were basing that on, but looking at online reviews I’ve seen someone say Ryanair is very reliable… but perhaps they might just mean very reliable as far as budget airlines go!

Also some budget flights require self-transfer - I realise that of course includes collecting your baggage and re-checking it… I realise of course that’s best to avoid, all other factors being equal… but I was wondering do there tend to be problems with self-transfer such as any risk of not making it in time for the next flight if anything gets delayed, or the luggage not making it?

Apologies if this question isn’t appropriate: I’m new to Flight Aware :slight_smile

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but it gives you a delay/cancellation stats for airlines:

But it’s a daily only, not for a longer period of times.
