How long does it take for a new airport to be added to the data base. KIXA has taken the place of KRZZ. KRZZ is stil in the data base and not KIXA. The FAA has removed KRZZ and added KIXA. When will KIXA be added to Flight Aware
Too add to this, the Boulder City Municipal Airport (61B) recently had AWOS equipment installed, and as such was re-designated KBVU. 61B is still listed here, and KBVU shows up as unknown.

The data is updated on a 56 day cycle from the FAA; the next update is July 1.
I fixed these two manually for tracking. Expect some weirdness, like the maps, until July 1.
