New Airport

Just writing to notify this website that Brunswick Naval Air Station (KNHZ) is no longer.

It has re-opened on April 2, 2011 as Brunswick Executive Airport (KBXM)

Here is their new website:

Sad to see

I spent 7 years stationed at NASB and loved every day of it. Its a great area to be stationed in.

I only hope that Southwest flies into there so I can fly directly back to visit friends rather than going to New Hampshire then driving up.

Good by NASB fair winds and following seas.

We updated the code manually. The next update from the FAA on May 4 should include all the details.

Ok, great. Glad to help in some way.

Many smal GA aircraft have been going in there to the one forbidden runway.

Not sure if Southwest will ever be there. So far they are promoting as a GA airport. I don’t think airlines would survive the market there. Too bad. It would be nice to see larger jets than Portland gets. You think they would want to make use of those twin 8,000 footers!!
