Looks like they are on a training or maintenance flight.
To top that off, there is no destination for them to fly to. There is no airport with ICAO code KLIN, let alone IATA code LIN.

The controller that put in KLIN probably meant the LINden Vortac which is SE of Sacramento. A K is sometimes added for some unkown reason.
Yeah I see that a lot down here too…KBZA, KJLI, KEHF, are all popular ones. But none of them are airports…take away the K and you have VOR/Vortacs.
