Hello all, just wanted to try out the FAQ here and ask if anyone else has had issues in the last week with SMS alerts. The phone number option had been completely removed from my account as well as from my alerts. This is my primary way of receiving my alerts, and it just suddenly stopped working as of Oct 24th. I’ve already submitted an email but haven’t heard back. I just wanted to see if anyone else has this problem or if it is just me. I didn’t hear any news or anything; it just disappeared without any form of notification. If anyone else has experienced something similar, let me know. Thanks!
I believe that our accounts are messed up. My account shows that I was last online a month ago when I’m online and logged in every day.

Oh, that is really weird; mine has the same thing. I had this start happening after they started pushing out the new log-in method, after the yellow banner that stated to verify account emails. Around that time, my alerts started acting up. Thanks for your input.
