it has come to my attention that the listing for heading is in true. instead it should be in magnetic to conform with aviation convention using magnetic for everything but winds aloft. also it is a course or track over ground not a heading.
where this is most pronounced is in northeast where declination ( differnece) is 15 degrees and when a flight is directly approaching a runway with a magnetic orientation of say 240 degrees but the heading indicates 255
any chance changing to magnetic or listing both and calling them what they are which is track over ground.
