It looks like the radials are 67mm from the .nec file vs 69mm. Did it make a significant difference to the results?
Is the wire radius .15mm ? A wire of .3mm seems really thin. The copper clad steel wire in coax I’ve seen is 1mm. I’m going to try the sims both ways to compare but I’m guessing this why I wasn’t able to get the same results you were seeing

This little (2 mm) difference in radials does not make any significant effect. You can see by yourself by making another copy of it’s .nec file and changing radial length from 69 to 67 mm.
I used a very thin wire as you can see in photos I have posted, and that is why I used a 0.3 mm dia wire in simulation.
Using a thicker wire of 1 mm dia will make difference, but not much. You can check this by changing wire radius from 0.15 mm to 0.5 mm in the simulation file I have posted, run the simulation, and compare results of the two sizes of wires.
