Logging the flight/flights which were the longest distance from my site over time

Is there any way of capturing max values from the data from aircraft received. For example the max number of aircraft in the sky at any one time, the max speed, altitude, distance of aircraft received from my site. A top 10 of maximum recorded stats would be useful.
