I have two Raspberry Pi’s running, both have the same configuration, different sites, the other one does not get this message. Any assistants will be greatly appreciated

Although very similar apt update then apt upgrade is the preferred method now.

Sometimes errors resolve themselves later, is the system still working OK?

Yes, working fine. No issues currently.

Our mirror is having trouble reaching the upstream Pi Foundation server, so the usual mirroring process is running slow; ops is looking into it.
