Two feared dead in plane crash
There are fears for the safety of the crew of an Irish Army Air Corp two-seater aircraft which crashed in Connemara, County Galway, on Monday.
The Irish Aviation Authority said the Pilatus PC9 aircraft crashed at Crumlin East near Cornamona shortly after 1800 BST.
The authority said two of three air corp aeroplanes on a flight training exercise had returned safety to Galway.
A flight instructor and a cadet were onboard the crashed aircraft.
Emergency services have rushed to the scene north of Lough Corrib.
