Same question I had and I don’t know. One of the comments on the site was that there is an emergency exit. Don’t know if the person was being funny or not. Of course, they could have had stairs brought out to the aircraft.
There is an avionics bay in the nose of the aircraft. It has a dedicated exterior door, accessible from ground level, and is also accessible from the cockpit, via a hatch in the deck behind the captain’s seat. So, captain goes down into the avionics bay, opens the exterior door, climbs out. Viola!
