I note that in your airport page the tower hours for KHPN Westchester County Airport, White Plains, NY are listed as continuous. In fact the tower is closed from 11pm to 6am. Just wondering where your information is compiled from.

The hours on the airport page are for airport attendance, not tower operations, so that likely means the FBO or fuel availability. The data is from the FAA’s airport database.
