How do i see the route of specific planes? So i can fly the exact same route in a simulator, cannot seem to find it on the tracking page

Hi,

I just got my FlightAware FlightFeeder and installed it. I was checking out the global tracking to see if i can find the exact routes somewhere, but i could not, is it possible to view this route so i can fly the same route in a simulator like xPlane or Microsoft Flight Simulator?

Thanks in advance!

Look at the flight plan. It is in the route section.
Take QF12 for example QF12 (QFA12) Qantas Flight Tracking and History - FlightAware

This is the route for today. This are all locations that the aircraft plans to fly. This is an International, over water, flight so the waypoints are more lat/long than named waypoints. You can find a lot of the waypoints on IFR high and low level charts.

Thanks for your response, but if i for example take a look at Transavia Airlines 6513 then i do not see a route, only on the international flights i see a route.

It looks like you can only see routes on planned or current flights. They don’t show up for past flights.

This is the track that the aircraft took.

We don’t have a public source for the textual route in that region; try a flight in US/CA/AU/NZ.

Okay, thanks both for the anwsers

Can you delete the pictures on N41MK. Dad just got that tail number and it’s a new M600 now

We’re not going to delete the photos, but if you upload some pics of the new bird we can certainly… help… make them the top picture in the thumbnail.
