I’d love to be able to see maps of typically active routes pre- and post- (or actually mid-) COVID. I would like to see, for example, are there areas where normally flights are overhead but they no longer are. Thanks!
Many routes still have traffic, but it has been much reduced, in some cases reduced to freight only.
Where multiple airports are located close by, sometimes one or more has been closed and all remaining traffic concentrated on the one airport.
The various repatriation and medical flights operations have opened many new routes that have not been flown before.
There are a huge number of examples, a whole book could be written on it.
