Is there a sandbox environment that developers could use to test their code without having to pay for the queries and return non-reliable data? I know at the moment FlightXML 2.0 is free of charge until the 15th. But after the 15th I think developers should be able to query the server free of charge and receive unreliable (non-live) data to verify the code works.

With the new pricing making a query will cost less than a penny so we don’t see sufficient value in creating and maintaining a service to provide stale data for free.
