FlightInfoEx for delayed or cancelled flights

Hi, I’m building a flight delay/cancelation insurance product.

I’m using the FlightInfoEx endpoint.

I guess from the documentation, the way to know if a flight actually arrived is by checking actualarrivaltime != 0 right?

How do I know if the flight was canceled?

estimatedarrivaltime should be always equal to actualarrivaltime if the flight arrived?
