It would be nice if a user could see all segments of a flight schedule for all airlines. For example, UA 895 originates in ATL, but changes equipment in ORD before continuing on to Hong Kong. When you query the status of UA 895, all you get is the second segment. Adding a way to force it to show one or all segments would be nice, or having it default to automatically show all segments would be better (as it now does with UA 851, for example, from LGA to PEK through ORD).
Unfortuantely ATL-ORD is operated as UAL895L. Adding a letter to the end of the flight number or changing the flight number entirely (for ATC purposes) is a common practice for flight numbers with multiple segments, especially if one segment is overseas.
