At first I thought it was an issue with a new controller imputing data incorrectly at Gander Center. Gander Center handles most arrival / departures in NL, except CYYT.

Halifax handles its own departures as well. Airspace outside Halifax is controlled by Moncton Center.
I haven’t seen the same issue at US airports yet and same for Airport in central Canada like CYUL and CYYZ. Because of this, and with an understanding of the error pattern, I can now view the departures / destinations of quite a few ’ BLOCKED ’ aircraft staging through CYQX and CYYR
Just another gremlin to add to FA’s plate.
