That’s another Loon LLC balloon. (https://loon.com/) Interesting company. I saw one of their balloons on my station flying in SE NM and just barely into TX.
Who knew running PiAware would be this interesting?

I am tracking one today (for the first time, as far as I know) - but it is flying about 20 miles out over the Pacific Ocean, roughly west of Long Beach, WA. I wonder what the benefit would be to being out there?
Edit: Just noticed two more over south Puget Sound, north of Olympia, WA
