faup1090 is not running

Apologies if this has been asked before. Tried searching but could not find an answer. Should there be any concern if faup1090 is not running:

pi@piaware ~ $ sudo piaware-status
dump1090 is running.
faup1090 is not running.

Did you install the FA fork of dump1090? IF so, faup1090 is not required.

I used the piaware raspberry pi image if this answers your question. Just a noob.

Yep if you’re using the PiAware SD Card, it doesn’t need faup1090.
