2 answers please if i may

1 Aircraft: 18 of 55 Mode S, 82 of 111 ADS-B used
is there a problem with bad data or the fa server saying I can only use this amount?

2 Receiver: 1490.2 msg/s received 199.3 msg/s processed (13%)
would this mean only 13% were usable, the rest not used or something else?

For ADSB, all the messages are used at FlightAware.

For MLAT, messages are used for timing and for MLAT position information. If the information is doesn’t help yield a position it is discarded by the server.

  1. 18 of 55 Mode S,
This means that the FlightAware server only requested information for 15 Mode S planes of the 55 Mode S planes you are seeing locally. If the server already has enough MLAT information from other MLAT sites OR there are not enough MLAT sites seeing a particular plane then the server will not ask for that particular plane.

82 of 111 ADS-B used. This means that the server is verifying the timing information of 82 of 111 planes.

  1. Yes, lots of MLAT messages are not used by the server. The exact same message must be seen by 4+ other MLAT sites and the timing information needs to be good. Also, in very dense number of MLAT site with nearby synchronized sites above 50+ will see more MLAT messages being ignored.
You can see the number of synchronized sites on your my-ADSB stats page.

Thank you David
all is well as i thought
